Contest Winner Guidelines:

When booking your service be sure to add a note with the contest information to have the appointment fee waived.

Contest Bookings expire 30 days from the Contest Win date.

Product Order Process:

Orders are processed the following business day that it is received. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for delivery based on the method you have selected.

E-Transfer orders ~ Orders are processed within 24 hrs of Electronic payment being received. For If payment is not received within 24 hrs of your order being placed it will be cancelled and stock will be released back into inventory.

You will receive an email at each stage of the order process; order confirmation and order fulfilled (shipped/delivered) including tracking information. At any point you can access your online account via our website to review your order status in the event you misplace your email confirmation as this happens now and again.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email this is an indication you did not complete the order process or it is in your spam/junk bin.

 

Canada Wide Shipping:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost Monday – Friday. Once your order has been submitted to Canada Post the tracking number will be provided to you within your shipping notification email. Some remote locations may require additional time in transit which is out of GL’s control and some locations may receive their order sooner than expected. “Signature Required” All orders shipped requesting a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Guarantee: 

If you don’t receive your order and Canada Post is not able to provide tracking information or has lost your shipment we will replace it after a trace is complete.

Canada Post will investigate (which can take 15-20 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If and only once it is deemed “unrecoverable” by Canada Post will we send you a replacement package, free of charge.

This investigation results must be provided, and the investigation completed before the replacement package is issued, this policy is mandatory and creating an account with GL Wellness is acceptance of this policy.

However, if the original order does show up and proof of delivery is provided by Canada Post both orders will be charged to your account.

**We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to postal issues outside of GL Wellness control**
